About Us
A few words from Lillian
Do you know why I became a Social worker, Counsellor, Therapist? I guess to answer frankly, because I am passionate about people. It is a great question to ask, and one you would want to know before deciding if I am the ‘right fit’ for you. The right fit is important, as therapy is a professional, trusting and transparent relationship. This means you should feel you are safe, the therapist knows what they are doing and you trust them. I have invested time to develop skills and knowledge to have a plethora of tools available to support people during their life challenges. I have refined these skills and knowledge through extensive practice experience, and I professionally and personally find this work meaningful.
I understand that talking about personal difficulties is challenging but I am hear to support you through this. I can recognise the struggles faced when trying to change aspects of your life, and I know how to support you through this too. I see uncertainty in making life decisions, and know how to work through these decisions.
I have also seen great changes, I hold great hope and I believe in you.
This is the difference you will see, feel and hear when you decide to work with me. I hope I get to work with you soon as I think you will be pleasantly surprised at your experience and relieved you decided to take this step.
